## Packages

### The Refresh — One room that isn't working

Rate: Inquire for rates
Turnaround: About a week

A single room restyled from what's already there. Best when the bones are fine and it's the arrangement, lighting or palette letting it down.

Includes:
- One room, fully restyled
- Layout and lighting rework
- Palette correction and material consistency pass
- One round of revisions
- Six finished screenshots

### The Nest — A full interior, start to finish

Rate: Inquire for rates
Turnaround: Two to three weeks

The whole inside of a small or medium plot — designed from a conversation about your character and built out room by room.

Includes:
- Complete interior for a Small or Medium plot
- Moodboard agreed before anything is placed
- Every room designed, lit and dressed
- Two rounds of revisions
- Twelve finished screenshots

### The Estate — Large plots, inside and out

Rate: Inquire for rates
Turnaround: Three to five weeks

A large plot taken end to end — interior, garden and exterior staging — treated as one continuous design rather than a house with a yard attached.

Includes:
- Complete interior for a Large plot, including basement and upper floors
- Exterior and garden design
- Moodboard up front, and a walkthrough before final dressing
- Two rounds of revisions
- Event staging pass, if you host
- Twenty finished screenshots

## Add-ons

- Exterior & garden only: Yard, planting, fencing and approach for a plot whose interior is already sorted.
- Lighting pass: The cheapest change with the biggest return. Existing rooms relit for mood, time of day and screenshots.
- Seasonal redress: A standing arrangement to restyle key rooms four times a year — Starlight, Heavensturn, spring and harvest.
- Screenshot session: A finished set of shots of a house you built yourself, staged, lit and edited.
- Consultation only: An hour walking your plot together, with notes afterward. Build it yourself from there.

## How a commission runs

1. Tell me about it. Send the inquiry form with your plot, your character, and whatever references you've been hoarding. Screenshots of things you like are worth more than adjectives.

2. We talk it through. A conversation in Discord about how you actually use the space — do you like to host events? Craft? What would your character own? This is where most of the design gets decided.

3. Moodboard. You get a moodboard before anything is placed. We settle the direction here — palette, mood, materials — so the build phase isn't a guessing game.

4. Deposit and access. Half up front to hold the slot. You add me to the plot's access list; nothing gets removed without asking you first.

5. The build. Room by room, with progress screenshots as each one lands. You can drop in whenever you like — it's your house.

6. Walkthrough and handoff. We walk it together and fix whatever's bothering you. Then you get the finished screenshots, and the remaining balance is due.

## Questions

### Which package should I choose?

Mostly it's a question of scale. The Nest suits most commissions. Choose the Refresh if an existing design just needs updating, and the Estate for a large plot inside and out. If you're not sure, say so in the inquiry and we'll talk it through.

### What do the rates look like?

Every commission is quoted for its own plot and scope; published rates are still being finalised. Send an inquiry and you'll get a firm quote for yours — no obligation, and no charge for the conversation.

### Do you charge gil or real money?

Gil for the design itself. There's also a Ko-fi if you'd like to support the work separately.

### Who pays for the furnishings?

You do. I'll never spend your gil without asking, and I'll always offer a cheaper alternative where one exists. If an item is out of budget or off the market board, we design around it rather than stalling.

### Do you use Mog Station furnishings?

Yes, if you'd like them used. Provide whatever Mog Station pieces you want in the room and I'll design around them.

### Do you need access to my plot?

Yes — you'll add me to the estate access list so I can place items. I only ever add; nothing existing gets removed or sold without you saying so first. You can take the access back the moment the build is done.

### Can you decorate an apartment or an FC room?

Not those, and it's the game's rule rather than mine: FFXIV doesn't let you grant decorating privileges to another player for apartments or Free Company rooms, so there's no way for me to place anything in one. Any plot in any district is fair game.

### What do you need from me before you start?

Access to the plot, half the fee up front, and an idea of what you want from the space. The rest we work out in conversation.

### Can I be there while you build?

Stop by as often as you like. It's your house.

### Which data centers do you work on?

Crystal primarily, and any North American data center via travel. EU and OCE builds are possible too — they just take more planning to schedule, so ask early and we'll work something out.

### Can you work with what I already own?

Gladly, and it usually makes for a better house. Bring your existing furnishings and the things you're attached to; a design built around items that already mean something to you beats one assembled from scratch.

### Can you work from references I already have?

Please bring them. Screenshots, a Pinterest board, someone else's room you keep going back to. A lot of my best starting points come from what the client already collected.

### Do you design exteriors and gardens?

Yes, happily. There's an exterior and garden add-on if the inside is already sorted, and the Estate takes the garden and the house as one design.

### Do you do seasonal redresses?

Yes, it's some of my favourite work. There's a seasonal redress add-on if you'd like the key rooms restyled as the year goes round.

### Do you do glitched or floated builds?

Yes. Floating, wall-mounting and layered placement are standard tools here, and most of the builds in the portfolio use them. They're stable, and I'll walk you through what's involved for your specific build before you commit, so you know exactly what you're getting.

### What if I don't like it?

That's what the moodboard stage is for — we agree the direction before anything is placed, so surprises are rare. Every package includes revisions, and if we're genuinely not converging during the build, you keep the deposit's worth of work and we part on good terms.

### How long is the wait?

Every inquiry gets a reply within a couple of days with the next opening; how soon that is depends on the queue at the time.

After wandering around for ages searching the right person to make my ideas come true, I stumbled across Naru, and I am so glad I did. Instantly fell in love with her work, it's the kind of thing that you see once and you know you can't go wrong if you choose it. She nailed the design, the mood, and the execution perfectly. If you want a dream house, don't think twice! Naru is the absolute best!
